Prices are low, but this was the worst bun thit nuong (grilled pork vermicelli) we’ve ever had. The pork was very dry and the flavor wasn’t what it should be. The bun bo hue was also off and didn’t taste right. Maybe I’m being a bit harsh since I’ve had a lot of these two dishes both in the states and across Vietnam, but we won’t be returning.

TC’s Little Taste of Saigon was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish. My wife and I stopped in and were blown away by both the food and the warmth of the place. We ordered the pho with medium rare meat, spring rolls, and the chicken stir fry — and every single dish delivered. The pho broth deserves special mention. You can immediately tell it’s made with care and time. Rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful without being heavy — the kind of broth that keeps you going back for “just one more spoonful” until suddenly the bowl is empty. The medium rare beef was tender and perfect, and the balance of herbs and freshness brought everything together beautifully. The chicken stir fry was equally impressive. The layers of flavor really stood out — savory, slightly sweet, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. It felt thoughtful, not rushed, and you could taste the care in every bite. The spring rolls were fresh, crisp, and a perfect start to the meal. Beyond the food, this is exactly the kind of mom-and-pop place you hope to find. Found this place on accident and it did not disappoint. The pho is pho-king flavorful and delicious. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh and their spare ribs over rice were juicy and cooked right. But the star of the show is their homemade hot sauce, it gives your traditional sriracha a run for its money. It’s got incredible flavor but a kick that would put a donkey to shame. Absolutely returning soon. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have been going for 11 years. Solid family-run Vietnamese gem of a restaurant . Nothing has changed except the fish over the years in their fish tank and no more hot Vietnamese coffee-same food, same menu, same decor, same family and servers, same prices, same parking. In this ever changing world, I LOVE that they haven’t changed a thing and the food is delicious. Don’t ever change. It is worth the parking issue. Reminder that they are closed Sundays and Mondays. I love the pho, fried pork rolls, and spring rolls, glass noodles #27, lemonade…Everything is delicious with homey atmosphere . My kids love this place and grew up going there and so do I.

Delicious Vietnamese food! The broth is so flavorful, and I love that they have homemade hot sauce. Friendly and attentive staff, and it’s family-owned, which makes it feel even more welcoming. Only thing is that parking is tricky but manageable.
